- Proper microphone permissions (if using voice input)

Technical issues on your end (poor internet, browser incompatibility, device malfunction) are not grounds for refunds.

You are responsible for providing accurate information (resume, job description, experience level) when using Alena. We are not responsible if:

- You provide an incorrect or generic job description
- The AI generates questions based on inaccurate data you submitted
Garbage In, Garbage Out: The quality of your interview questions and feedback depends heavily on the quality of the information you provide.
